without even leaving your office! Commerce Remote Capture is an easy-to-use system
that utilizes on-site check processing and internet access to deposit checks directly
into your bank account.
With Commerce Remote Capture:
- Eliminate time consuming trips to the bank.
- Make deposits as often as needed.
- Simplify your record-keeping with image retrieval capabilities up to 2 years.
- Review checks before you deposit and reduce error.
- Extend your deposit deadline- make deposits anytime of the day 7 days a week and
receive same day credit for all deposits made by 5:00 pm Monday.
- Accelerate your cash flow.
How it Works:
In combination with a secure website, Commerce Remote Capture scans each check to
be deposited then you verify that it is correct. An electronic deposit slip is created
and transmitted to us. Included in this deposit slip is an image of each check.
Once all items are scanned and transmitted, your deposit is complete. The system
also has the ability to capture transaction specific information such as invoice
numbers or customer ID numbers which can be downloaded to your financial system.
